Truffle's: the gourmet world's best-kept secret and the epitome of opulence in the culinary world. These earthy gems pack a flavour like no other with a deep oaky and nutty aroma and strong fragrance, and we want you to enjoy a lavish excursion exploring these highly sought after funghi.
Mercato, with the help of Quercus' esteemed truffle experts and their furry pals, will take you on a two-hour adventure through the Adelaide Hills exploring local truffles and of course taste-testing them!
We'll be sniffing out those elusive treasures, then getting stuck into a truffle tasting right on the premises. Afterwards, we'll whisk you back to Mercato where Head Chef Nick Bergin will work his magic with a four-course truffle feast.
To start - Pizza al taglio, mushroom, truffle, pancetta
Pasta - Fettuccine, truffle butter
Main - Duck, balsamic, walnut, truffle // Salad
Sweet - Hazelnut olive oil cake, hazelnut semifreddo, pear
Prosecco on arrival and wines poured freely throughout lunch.

Policy for all events are outlined below:
Event Changes: If unforeseen circumstances require us to change or cancel an event, Mercato will happily reimburse the full cost of your ticket.
Cancellations: 7 days or more from event: Mercato will provide store credit equivalent to the full cost of your ticket for cancellations that occur from the time you purchase your ticket up to 7 days before the event.
Within 7 days of event: Event bookings cancelled within 7 days of the event date are strictly non-refundable.
