Inspired by Italy's Tavola Calda (meaning Hot Table), we offer a range of panini sandwiches, pizza, salads, seafood skewers and stuzzichini (quick snacks).
Designed for convenience without compromise, Grab-and-Go offers ready-to-eat, portable meals crafted from premium ingredients and served cafeteria-style.
Everything is made fresh daily, including our signature sourdough, olive oil focaccia and crispy olive oil panino, baked right here at Mercato.

Our pizza al taglio (pizza by the slice) is sold per kilogram, the authentic Roman way. Baked in large trays with a crispy airy crust, topped with the most seasonal ingredients, sliced into rectangles and enjoyed as a quick meal.
Choose from everyday favourites like the classic Margherita, crispy Salami, and our spicy Spinach, Olive, Chilli & Onion (pictured), alongside a rotating selection of seasonal specials inspired by the best ingredients of the moment.
