Nestled on the northern slopes of Mount Etna in Sicily, Tenuta delle Terre Nere has become one of Italy's benchmark producers of Etna wines. Founded by Marco de Grazia in 2002, the estate was built around a simple philosophy: to express the individuality of Etna's historic vineyards through minimal intervention and meticulous vineyard work. Many of the estate's vines are between 50 and 100 years old, with some ungrafted parcels exceeding 130 years of age, thriving in the region's unique volcanic soils.
Working predominantly with the native Nerello Mascalese, Nerello Cappuccio and Carricante varieties, Tenuta delle Terre Nere crafts wines that are celebrated for their purity, elegance and sense of place. Often compared to Burgundy for their transparency and site expression, the estate's single-vineyard bottlings showcase the remarkable diversity of Mount Etna's ancient lava flows and varying elevations. Today, Tenuta delle Terre Nere is regarded as one of Sicily's most influential wineries, helping to cement Etna's reputation as one of the world's great fine wine regions.

Policy for all events are outlined below:
Event Changes: If unforeseen circumstances require us to change or cancel an event, Mercato will happily reimburse the full cost of your ticket.
Cancellations: 7 days or more from event: Mercato will provide store credit equivalent to the full cost of your ticket for cancellations that occur from the time you purchase your ticket up to 7 days before the event.
Within 7 days of event: Event bookings cancelled within 7 days of the event date are strictly non-refundable.
