We're delighted to welcome Valentina Serafino, Export Manager for Leone de Castris, for an evening celebrating one of Puglia's most historic and influential wine estates.

Founded in 1665 by Duke Oronzo Arcangelo Maria Francesco de Castris, Leone de Castris has been shaping the winemaking traditions of southern Italy for more than 350 years. Situated in the sun-drenched Salento peninsula, where Mediterranean breezes temper the warm climate, the estate has become synonymous with the preservation and promotion of Puglia's indigenous grape varieties.

Through a commitment to innovation, quality and regional identity, Leone de Castris has played a pivotal role in elevating grapes such as Negroamaro, Primitivo, Verdeca and Susumaniello onto the world stage. Today, under the stewardship of Piernicola Leone de Castris, the family continues to honour its rich heritage while embracing a progressive vision for the future.

Enjoy a Puglian-inspired five-course menu created by Head Chef Nick Bergin, thoughtfully paired with a selection of wines that showcase the character, history and diversity of the region. Hosted by Valentina Serafino, this special dinner offers a unique opportunity to explore the flavours of Puglia through the lens of one of Italy's most celebrated wine families.
