We warmly welcome Tomasso Battaglia from Giuseppe Giusti as our host for a special four-course long lunch celebrating the extraordinary heritage of Giuseppe Giusti of Modena, Italy's oldest balsamic vinegar producer.
Founded by the Giusti family in 1605, Giuseppe Giusti has over 400 years of history dedicated to the craftsmanship, tradition and distinctive taste of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. The legacy of this iconic producer is proudly reflected on their labels, which showcase the many gold medals they have accumulated over the centuries, as well as a royal seal of approval from the House of Savoy who selected Giusti for their table.
Join us for a thoughtfully curated four-course long lunch inspired by the flavours and traditions of Modena, Emilia-Romagna, with Executive Chef Nick Bergin interweaving Giusti's Historical Collection throughout each course.
Each course will be paired with a carefully selected wine presented by Scott Stevenson, while our host Tomasso Battaglia will share the fascinating 400-year history of the Giusti family, the traditions of Modena and the regional stories behind these exceptional vinegars.

Policy for all events are outlined below:
Event Changes: If unforeseen circumstances require us to change or cancel an event, Mercato will happily reimburse the full cost of your ticket.
Cancellations: 7 days or more from event: Mercato will provide store credit equivalent to the full cost of your ticket for cancellations that occur from the time you purchase your ticket up to 7 days before the event.
Within 7 days of event: Event bookings cancelled within 7 days of the event date are strictly non-refundable.
