Producer Info: Ernst August & Maria Zuech began to cultivate fruit on their farm in Lana d'Adige together with their 14 children. The family began to sell their apples in neighbouring markets and before long their business reached as far as St Petersburg. In 1923 the family experimented with preserving their apples and it was an immediate success in Northern Italy and in 1960 they created Frutta Viva was born, a preserve with no artificial preservatives and colouring. Today Zuegg remains a family company, going back 5 generations.
