Purchasing of alcoholic beverages

Mercato supports the responsible service of alcohol. It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years. 

By placing an order with us the customer confirms:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You acknowledge that it is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years.
• You warrant that you are not obtaining alcohol on behalf of any one under the age of 18

Payment of purchases is via Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

GST is included in all our prices.

Catering

All catering orders are packaged in alfoil or cardboard to maintain quality.
