Meet the producer

Saraja is a family estate in the Gallura region of northern Sardinia, where the family is deeply connected to the island’s rugged landscape and its native Vermentino. Working among granite soils, Mediterranean scrub and the strong winds of the Gallura coast, the estate focuses on expressing the distinctive character of this extraordinary territory through wines with freshness, minerality and a strong sense of place.

The family’s approach is grounded in respect for the vineyard and the natural environment, combining traditional knowledge with careful, modern winemaking. Their wines capture the wild, Mediterranean character of Gallura, where granite-rich soils, sunshine and coastal breezes give Vermentino its distinctive combination of aromatic intensity, freshness and saline character.
