Light fluffy pillows of Italian made potato gnocchi packaged in a stay fresh bag for convenience and ease. The packaging means that the gnocchi can be kept in the cupboard until required. Once the bag is open just keep anything you don't use in the fridge and consume within 3 days. Always have Italian gnocchi on hand for a quick, easy and delicious meal.
Cook gnocchi in boiling salted water and stain when the pillows float (approximately 2 minutes). Once cooked the gnocchi can be served immediately with your favourite sauce. They can also be pan fried in butter or olive oil or baked before serving.
