Light pillows dumplings of potato gnocchi specially created for coeliacs. Made using a combination of corn and rice flour. Gnocchi cooks in lightly salted boiling water in 2 minutes before serving with our favourite sauce. One packet feeds 4 people. We also recommend pan frying in burnt butter or EVOO after boiling and serving with fresh herbs and cheese.
