Producer Info: Distillerie Berta was founded in 1947 by Paolo Berta in Nizza Monferrato, Piedmont, Italy, rooted in a family history of winegrowing dating back to 1866. An oenologist by trade, Paolo created the distillery to turn grape marc from regional winemakers into high-quality, aged grappa, later establishing the famous Riserva Selection in 1988.
