Aromas of lemon zest, white peach, and chamomile are lifted by delicate notes of mint, kiwi, and crushed stone. On the palate, it's tense and vibrant, with flavours of pear skin, citrus oil, and saline minerals, carried by a crisp line of acidity and finishing with a fine almond-like bitterness that is signature to the grape.
