Thursday 21st May | 6:45pm - 8:15pm
Join us for an insightful and engaging wine dinner as we explore Italian grape varieties expressed in both their native regions and in Australia. This thoughtfully curated evening will highlight how differences in climate, soil, and winemaking philosophy shape the character of each wine.
Guiding the experience is Sam Scott of La Prova, who will share his expertise on Italian varietals and their evolution within the Adelaide Hills, alongside Chris Newton-Smith of Vinify, offering perspective on their Old-World counterparts. Together, they will provide a deeper understanding of how terroir and regional conditions influence style, structure, and flavour.
Curated by Head Chef Nick Bergin, the menu will complement and elevate each pairing, creating a harmonious dialogue between food and wine.
