Product Description: Panettone with no fruits, filled with a Limoncello flavoured cream. Originally from Milan, Panettone is a traditional Italian sweet bread. Enjoyed at Christmas time, the Panettone’s distinctive tall, dome appearance is fondly recognised across Italy. Slices of Panettone are typically eaten for breakfast in Italy during the holiday season.

Ingredients: Type '0' soft wheat flour, 20% limoncello cream (sugar, water, glucose syrup, 5% limoncello infusion, skimmed milk powder, gelling agent: pectin, preservative: potassium sorbate, flavorings), sugar, butter , cat eggs . A yolk ' eggs cat. A, invert sugar syrup, natural yeast from sourdough 6% ( wheat ), emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, salt, malted wheat flour , milk proteins , natural flavors, preservative: sorbic acid. May contain soy and nuts .
Producer Info: Fraccaro Spumadoro was established in 1932 when Elena and Giovanni Fraccaro established a bakery in Castelfranco Veneto. The bakery developed a wonderful reputation through its well-known confectionery specialties. From the success of the first bakery, another was opened in Borgo Pieve shortly after the war, which specialised in producing fragrant focaccias (flat breads), panettones and plum cakes.
