Producer Info: Crotin 1897 is a family-run, certified organic winery located in the Monferrato hills of Piedmont, Italy, near the village of Maretto. Managed by the three Russo brothers (Federico, Marcello, and Corrado), the estate produces roughly 40,000 bottles annually, specializing in authentic, terroir-driven regional wines and rare, rescued grape varieties.
