Every month Fair Seafood and Head Chef Nick Bergin will teach a unique masterclass to share their knowledge and wisdom on seafood. If you would like to cook and eat seafood more regularly but sometimes feel overwhelmed or intimidated, allow us to remove the complexity and get you feeling comfortable and seafood savvy!
This class will teach you how to clean, prepare and cook a whole fish, so you can impress your guests with a delicious communal feast.

Policy for all events are outlined below:
Event Changes: If unforeseen circumstances require us to change or cancel an event, Mercato will happily reimburse the full cost of your ticket.
Cancellations:
7 days or more from event: Mercato will provide store credit equivalent to the full cost of your ticket for cancellations that occur from the time you purchase your ticket up to 7 days before the event.
Within 7 days of event: Event bookings cancelled within 7 days of the event date are strictly non-refundable.
