Bronze extruded and using a slow drying technique, Girolomoni’s premium range of organic pasta will make meal times feel like you're eating in a small Italian village. Girolomoni grind the wheat in their own mill on the hill at Montebello, near Urbino, in the Marche region. The freshly ground semolina is then expertly mixed with water exclusively from the hillside, in their adjacent pasta factory, to create organic pasta to be exported all over the world.
