Producer Info: The Terre di Sava project started in 2008 from a challenge that was simple and complex at the same time; that of expressing a combination of factors concerning the climate, the different soil types, the grapes and the human influence, a set of elements that contributed to making Sava a unique territory in the world atlas of vine-growing. In the Salentine countryside, around Sava, you can find the widest and richest heritage of Primitivo bush vines in the world. Some of these vines are over 100 hundred years old. All of Terre di Sava wines reflect the vitality of the area and the apogee of these is the ravishing Pazzia, produced in small quantities from old bush vines.
