From the inception of the Pandolfa label, their aim has always been to showcase Sangiovese in the best possible light with minimal wine making intervention and care of the land. The wines of Noelia Ricci come from the best performing vineyards in the Pandolfa estate, managed by Noelia’s grandson, Marco.
Tasting note: On the slopes overlooking the Adriatic sea, Trebbiano thrives here along with some other local varieties thrown into the blend to add depth of flavour. Piercing minerality and fresh citrus tones dominate the palate whilst gentle lees stiring rounds off the palate.

Soil Composition: Yellow clay soil with limestone and Sulphur minerals
Production: Fermentation of Trebbiano must with a 6-month maceration on the skins of the other white grapes used in blend (7%). The fermentation takes place in stainless steel temperature-controlled tanks. 5 months on lees in stainless steel tanks and minimum 2 months in bottle.
