Month five of our Pasta Club series and we’re making ravioli, a type of stuffed pasta comprised of a filling encased in thin pasta dough. It’s believed to have originated in Northern Italy and comes from the Italian word riavvolgere which means ‘to wrap’. 

Get your hands dirty with Head Chef Nick Bergin’s guidance and master your own handcrafted ravioli from scratch. Devour a three-course feast designed for sharing including a starter, your pasta creation and dessert. Paired wines available for purchase on the night. 

Ticket includes:
•    Arrival drink
•    Three-course menu (with some of your creations) 
•    Interactive pasta cooking class guided by Head Chef, Nick Bergin
•    10% off retail shopping on the night of event

 

Policy for all events are outlined below:

Event Changes: If unforeseen circumstances require us to change or cancel an event, Mercato will happily reimburse the full cost of your ticket.

Cancellations: 
7 days or more from event: Mercato will provide store credit equivalent to the full cost of your ticket for cancellations that occur from the time you purchase your ticket up to 7 days before the event.
 
Within 7 days of event: Event bookings cancelled within 7 days of the event date are strictly non-refundable.
