Castagno's organic chestnut honey is collected from chestnut trees growing up to 800 metres above sea level in Alpine and pre-Alpine areas of Lombardy. A smooth and silky texture, hints of spice, a bold personality and a slight lingering bittersweet aftertaste. Drizzle over gamey meats or hard cheeses.
