The Bauli story began back in 1922 in the northern Italian town of Verona, when Ruggero Bauli pursued his lifelong passion for baking, learning techniques and secrets of traditional Italian baking. His sons Alberto, Carlo and Adriano began helping their father in the family business in the 1970s, bringing new and innovative thinking, and helping to turn Bauli into the dynamic and modern company it is today.
