Vermentino is the main white grape of Sardinia, the DOC Vermentino di Sardegna is one of the most well-known growing regions across the globe.
The Flower on the label is the Acquilegia Nuragus, one of the two hundred endemic species of Sardinia, a symbol of its diversity. It grows in the Gorroppu Canyon (Gennargentu National Park) and there are only ten plants left and protected. His original color is the one used in the Nuragus label.
Tasting note:
Straw-colored with greenish reflections. Persistent floral and herbaceous aromas with notes of thyme. Medium to full-bodied on the palate with good balance and a long, slightly briny finish makes it a perfect companion to any shellfish.

Soil Composition: Clayey, calcareous of medium hill rich in texture 150/180 m above sea level
Production:
The must obtained from a soft pressing of the grapes, after a first cleaning and the addition of selected yeasts, is left to ferment in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 15° C. At the end of the fermentation, after a light clarification it is put to rest for a few months in stainless steel vats, after this period it is possible to proceed with the bottling.
