SInce its inception in 1922, the low rise panettone with hazelnut frosting instilled by founder Pietro Ferrua has not changed. The Galup Panettone rises slowly, naturally, only with sourdough. Their added charm - "Tonda Gentile Trilobata Frosting". A glaze made of Piemontese hazelnuts, blended and used to coat the top of their panettone. Galup recently celebrated their 100 year anniversary celebrating generations past and present and their continued success at maintaining quality set by founders many years ago.
