Product: Gianni Calogiuri's iconic Vincotto is a sweet and velvety condiment with subtle aromas of grapes, spices and stone fruits. It is made with Negroamaro and black Malvasia grape varieties, dried on the vine and delicately boiled for over 24 hours until it has reduced to 1/5 of its volume. Traditionally used in risottos, minestrones, antipasto, ice cream and fruit.
