We all love comfort food, especially in winter, and this masterclass will focus on several hearty dishes that are perfect winter warmers. After a glass of prosecco on arrival, our head chef, Nick, will guide you through how to make the perfect mushroom risotto, followed by a pumpkin and ricotta rotolo – a deliciously tasty roulade-like pasta dish from northern Italy - this includes learning the pasta-making process from start to finish. You will be hands-on in the preparation – everyone will get to roll their sleeves up! - and after the work is done, you will sit down to enjoy both dishes as a part of a three-course authentic Italian dinner.
