Today it remains devoted exclusively to Nebbiolo and to expressing the character of Barbaresco DOCG.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eFor this Wine Dinner, Produttori offers an exceptional lens on terroir and structure. In classic vintages, it releases a Barbaresco alongside a range of single-vineyard Riservas from historic crus such as Pora, Rabajà and Ovello, each vinified separately but crafted in a consistent, traditional style with long macerations and aging in large oak botti.
