Bigoli is the shape of the month as we continue our series of pasta exploration. Bigoli is Venice’s signature pasta and is essentially very thick spaghetti, with a unique texture that catches sauces beautifully. 

Get your hands dirty with Head Chef Nick Bergin’s guidance and master your own handcrafted bigoli from scratch. Devour a three-course feast designed for sharing including a starter, your pasta creation and dessert. Paired wines available for purchase on the night. 

Ticket includes:
•    Arrival drink
•    Three-course menu (with some of your creations) 
•    Interactive pasta cooking class guided by Head Chef, Nick Bergin
•    10% off retail shopping on the night of event

 

Policy for all events are outlined below:

Event Changes: If unforeseen circumstances require us to change or cancel an event, Mercato will happily reimburse the full cost of your ticket.

Cancellations: 
7 days or more from event: Mercato will provide store credit equivalent to the full cost of your ticket for cancellations that occur from the time you purchase your ticket up to 7 days before the event.
 
Within 7 days of event: Event bookings cancelled within 7 days of the event date are strictly non-refundable.
