Our head chef Nick will guide you through how to prepare an authentic pasta dish – ribbons of pappardelle with hearty ragu, all from start to finish to eating! You’ll also learn how to make a delicious yet simple almond and frangipane tart. All of the food you prepare will be served for dinner, after enjoying Mercato’s Silician olives, traditional taralli and a glass of prosecco on arrival.
