Are you ready to learn something a little different in the kitchen? Join us for a three-course meal where you’re guided by Chef Nick Bergin every step of the way to mastering a new Italian recipe using the very best seasonal ingredients. After a Prosecco and  appetiser on arrival, Chef Nick will prepare and serve his prosciutto, grana (soft cheese) and ciabatta antipasto to get the night underway.

Then we delve into our seasonal hero: mushrooms! You’ll be creating a mushroom paired with pigs head sausage and spinach lasagna. You’ll learn how to prepare the lasagna from scratch and then assemble this behemoth of flavour and texture. Wine pairings will be available for purchase to complement your meal and then you will complete your night with dessert prepared and served by Chef Nick.

Event changes: If unforeseen circumstances, including COVID-19 restrictions, require us to cancel an event or change an event date, Mercato will happily reimburse the full cost of your ticket.

7 days or more from event: Mercato will provide store credit equivalent to the full cost of your ticket for cancellations that occur from the time you purchase your ticket up to 7 days before the event.
