Join us on Thursday 14th October for an exciting and intriguing Italian food experience as we collaborate with local gin distiller, Happenstance Distillery. The night will see you relish in head chef, Nick Bergin’s thought-provoking menu using four different offerings from Happenstance Gin, whilst we match each dish with a gin based pick-me-up. This formal dining occasion will be hosted by Tim Gilchrist, chief gin connoisseur with Happenstance Distillery and will include a four-course Italian dinner – antipasto, primo, secondo and dolce (see menu below).

Happenstance Distillery come from humble beginnings when friends Mei Lin and Tim shared dreams of creating their own gin, and then spending all of their spare time in their West Thebarton distillery perfecting their craft.
