Mercato Made Eggplant Parmigiana

Mercato Made Eggplant Parmigiana is our famous family recipe. There are many different variations of this traditional dish from southern Italy. Ours is thinly sliced, battered, seasoned and fried before being topped with our Napoletana sauce and Parmesan cheese. Just heat and serve - 12 pieces or 24 piece

Heating instructions: Preheat oven to 170°C and bake until heated through (approximately 15 minutes)

Ingredients: Eggplant, Parmesan, egg, flour, canola oil, Napoletana sauce (garlic, onion, oil, diced tomatoes)
