Discover and learn in this hands on cooking class how to make Aunty Rose's famous spinach and ricotta medaglione, along with saffron risotto suppli, paired with some delicious Italian sauces! Guests begin the night with a glass of Prosecco to prepare them for the hard work ahead. They are guided by our experts, through each step of the recipe to then have the pleasure of indulging in what they've created for dinner. Dessert and macchinetta coffee will also be provided. Additional drinks from our menu available for purchase on the night.
