Producer Info: A winery founded in 1980 in western Sicily, which today stretches over 55 hectares of vineyards scattered throughout the territories of Trapani. "We have embraced the cause of organic and sustainability to perfectly combine environmental protection and food safety." Grillo used to be only used in Marsala production on the Sicilian West Coast but a few pioneering producers in the early 1990s decided to vinify it as a dry table wine, with great results. The variety loves a hot, arid climate and produces wonderful floral and fruity flavors but retaining freshness and vitality.
