Surprise Bay: A vintage cheddar that is aged for a minimum of 12 months and in the larger size, coated in a bright red wax. Surprise Bay Cheddar is named after the bay on the island’s south west which has a beautiful remote sandy beach.
Smoked: A naturally smoked, matured cheese with a deep smokey ham aroma and creamy cheddar bite. This Smoked Cheddar is naturally smoked with hardwood and aged for a minimum of nine months.
