Your kids will become Italian culinary experts with our October school holiday cooking classes and have loads of fun in the process!

Head chef Nick Bergin will guide our budding cooks through their very own pizza dough creation, which they will transform into the iconic Italian pizza pocket, Trapizzino. They will then learn the art of making chocolate biscotti which will be used to create their delicious gelato sandwich for dessert.
