The creation of pasta dough will be the centre of this masterclass as our experts guide you through two unique pasta dough recipes - one using egg and the other, more traditional dough, without. We will serve the pasta with a variety of sauces (think classic carbonara!) and you’ll be in the driver’s seat throughout the lesson - then it’s time to eat! Following a glass of prosecco, traditional taralli and Silician olives on arrival, you will enjoy your very own masterpieces for dinner!
