Includes a Pizza al Taglio cooking demonstration followed by two slices of pizza al taglio for lunch with a glass of Spritz, Peroni or soft drink of you choice.


Pizza al Taglio is Rome's most famous street food. Literally translating to 'Pizza by the Slice', it is a thick crust style topped with a variety of ingredients and baked in large rectangular trays. Romans will frequent Pizza al Taglio shops at lunch time and purchase a slice of pizza by weight for pizza on the go.
Our pizza dough is made using a traditional recipe from the mother yeast and left to leaven for 72 hours. This creates an even, light, fluffy and very digestible dough.  

About Italian Cuisine Week
The third edition of the Week of Italian Cuisine in the World will take place from November 19 - 25.  The initiative will take place in 100+ Countries with an agenda of 1,200+ events including conferences, tastings, thematic dinners, exhibitions on culinary themes and technical and scientific workshops.
