Gianduia is a sweet hazelnut and chocolate dessert paste hailing from Piemonte in Northern Italy. Hazelnuts are common in this region, with famous brands like Nutella and Ferreo originating from here as well. Gianduia can be thought of as Nutella's older and more sophisticated sister. Darker and more densely flavored, rich and creamy. Here we have combined this flavour with Dolce de Latte, sweet sable pastry and chocolate mouse for a truly decadent dessert.
