Ghiottini Cantunccini are Enzo Salaorni's take on traditional Italian Cantuccini biscuits made up of whole, skinned Sicilian almonds, class A egg yolk, Tuscan millefiori honey and a light, sweet Zabaglione cream. They are baked twice to maintain their freshness for a long time.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, sugar, almonds 17%, fresh barn egg yolk 8%, barn eggs 5%, butter pasteurised fresh whole milk 1.3%, raising agent (Diphosphates, Sodium Carbonates), honey 0.6%, flavours, salt. May contain traces of soy, other cereals containing gluten and other nuts.
