Slices of Panettone are typically eaten for breakfast in Italy during the holiday season.

Ingredients: Ingredients: flour wheat tender type '0', sultana 16%, butter , sugar, yolk ' eggs cat. A, natural yeast from sourdough 6% ( wheat ), candied orange peel 4% (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sucrose, acidity regulator: citric acid), invert sugar syrup, eggs cat. A, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, salt, malted wheat flour , milk proteins , natural aromas of citrus and vanilla from berries, preservative: sorbic acid. May contain soy .
Producer Info: Fraccaro Spumadoro was established in 1932 when Elena and Giovanni Fraccaro established a bakery in Castelfranco Veneto. The bakery developed a wonderful reputation through its well-known confectionery specialties. From the success of the first bakery, another was opened in Borgo Pieve shortly after the war, which specialised in producing fragrant focaccias (flat breads), panettones and plum cakes.
