Producer Info: Fraccaro Spumadoro was established in 1932 when Elena and Giovanni Fraccaro established a bakery in Castelfranco Veneto. The bakery developed a wonderful reputation through its well-known confectionery specialties. From the success of the first bakery, another was opened in Borgo Pieve shortly after the war, which specialised in producing fragrant focaccias (flat breads), panettones and plum cakes.
