This month we are taking on Campania in a 4 course set menu showcasing the beautiful food and wine from this region.
Campania is the "shin" of Italy's boot, anchored by its capital, Naples. Its name comes from Campania felix, a Latin phrase roughly meaning "happy land". The region has strong historical links to wine and vine, dating back to the 12th Century BC.
Antipasto | A selection of cured meats, cheese and olives
Primo | Pizza di Scarola with goats curd and bitter greens
Secondo | Braised Octopus with cannelini beans, zucchini and radish
Dolce | Struffoli with gelato and honeycomb
Each dish will be accompanied by a beautiful vino from the Campania region.
