Olive Oil-inspired Feast by Jason Roberts

Join internationally acclaimed chef, Jason Roberts, and Mercato’s head chef, Nick Bergin, as they create an Italian four-course olive oil-inspired dinner for what will be a very special experience. Lovers of authentic Italian cuisine will not want to miss this one.

Each course will be designed around the flavour profiles of different olive oils, and guests will be given an exclusive tasting of Elisi Grove’s extraordinary First Press oil – sold exclusively at Mercato - and their beautiful single variety extra virgin olive oils.  The tastings will be led by Elisi Grove’s head miller Jarred Bettio.

The ticket price includes four outstanding courses – created by both chefs, a glass of prosecco on arrival, and the guided tasting.
