Product Description: A deep green plant with an elongated stem and a crisp-like, serrated and sporadic floral and leave scape. The all-edible Italian Cime di Rapa. This seasonal ingredient boats its strong flavour with hints of nuts, pepper and spices too. The reference name and preparation technique differ depending on region: Romans call it Broccoletti, Frijarielli in Naples and Cime di Rapa in Puglia.
Contado's Frijarielli is soaked in olive oil and perfect in pasta, pizza and panini dishes.
