Product Description: A Tuscan fruit and liqueur cake, made with dried fruit, chocolate chips, scented with Tuscan spices, fresh butter and enriched with a delicious covering of dark chocolate and pistachios.

Ingredients: Bread wheat flour, sugar, butter , dark chocolate drops 20% min. (cocoa paste 48%, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin), whole pasteurized eggs, candied orange cubes, hazelnut grains, figs, pistachios grains, whole pistachios, marsala liquor, mix of spices, salt, Natural flavorings: vanilla extract. Wet the surface after cooking, with alcoholic syrup (alc. 15%vol) made from glucose, fructose and Rum Covering: dark chocolate 18% (cocoa paste 60% min., sugar,cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin). Raising agent: diphosphates, sodium carbonates.
Produced in laboratories that use: hazelnuts, walnuts, almonds, pistachios, milk powder, milk proteins, soy lecithin. Produced without preserving and colouring. Confectionery product leavened baked with dark chocolate and pistachios.
