B. Langhe began a long time ago, far from the bright lights, in the shelter of an artisan laboratory, where the secrets of the art of confectionery are handed down through the generations. B. Langhe was a small biscuit manufacturer with a street-front in one of the central streets of Alba. It was above all tanacity and the will to work, creativity and entrepreneurial courage that led this little workshop to become a very solid company which exports its products worldwide.
The Christmas sweet: only the best ingredients make it fragrant, soft and delicious. Prepared with gradual working and natural leavening, rich in raisins and candied fruit.
Wheat flour, candied fruit cubes 26% (peach, apricot, pear, apple, glucose-fructose syrup, saccharose, concentrated lemon juice), butter, sugar, egg yolk, natural mother yeast (contains wheat). Emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids of vegetable origin - sun flour lecithin, salt, wheat malt, flavours, vanilla extract from Madagascar beans. ICING INGREDIENTS 10%: Sugar, egg white, hazelnuts, apricot kernels, rice flour.
