Become a master pizza-maker as Mercato’s head chef, Nick Bergin, walks you through how to make the perfect pizza dough and your own authentic calzone pizza. Nick will share his techniques, tips and tricks, and he’ll send you home with recipes for your pizza-making career at home.

Following the masterclass, and a glass of prosecco on arrival, you will sit down to a delicious three-course Italian feast, with Mercato’s authentic antipasto, a variety of pizzas including the calzone, and dessert – dessert pizza, of course!
