Producer Info: Located in the South-West of the Montalcino hill, at around 300 meters above the sea level, Argiano is a fully-organic farming estate, no use of pesticides or fertilizers and a main focus on the highest quality grapes that must show identity, elegance and tradition.

Surrounded by 57 hectares of vineyards, on a hill overlooking Val d’Orcia and Maremma, Argiano always produced the purest expression of Rosso and Brunello di Montalcino, with unchanged passion, devotion and respect for the environment.

Tasting note: Deep and complex, powerful yet graceful. Argiano's Brunello di Montalcino is distinguished by its elegance and deep ruby red colour. 

Concentrated flavours of dark berry, old leather, smokey and forest floor. 

Production: Fermentation over about 2 weeks in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Maceration to extract color and a strong aromatic profile. Malolactic fermentation in concrete tanks. Aged for approximately 30 months in Slavonian oak barrels of different capacity (10/15/30/50 Hl). Bottling in April/May.
