Shipping and Delivery
At Mercato we endeavour to ship the goods that you order on time and in good condition. If any such instance arises that the goods have been damaged in transit, you can rest assured that your goods have been insured against loss or damages, which is standard practice for us.
Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation of order email as well as tracking number if the goods are being sent via freight. If you live in Adelaide, you can also opt to have your goods picked up in store within our normal operation hours. Once the goods have been dispatched you will receive an email notification of this as well as an expected delivery time.
Please allow 7 - 10 business working days for your order to arrive via your nominated delivery method. This usually depends on stock availability and adverse weather conditions. We endeavour to dispatch orders within 24 hours of the order being paid. If there is a delay in the shipment of your goods you will be notified immediately.
For orders delivered within Australia, please refer to the following table below outlining our current Freight costs. All orders are shipped from Adelaide and includes GST. There will occasionally be Free Shipping Deals on so keep an eye out on the website and our mailing list and social media channels.
